Duplicates from web forms

Question:

Why are duplicate tickets created when submitted from portal on from another web page?


Solution:

Please, check user actions in the web browser. If the user updates the page or goes backwards in the browser, form data is loaded once more. This could result in re-sending information to Freshdesk.
